Out of all the recipes I make, this is my husband’s favorite and definitely one of mine too! This is the one dish that I always bring to family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 box elbow macaroni
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: handful of mozzarella
Instructions:
- Cook noodles al dente
- Drain noodles
- Mix noodles, butter, milk, sour cream, and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Pour into a 9×13 greased baking pan
- Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
