Our Year in Review 2021
I’m late posting this but better now than never! 2021 was a good year for us (excluding the pandemic) and I hope it was for you too! I thought it would be fun to do a year in review. Here we go…
We started January off with my dad and Judd renovating our kitchen! It’s done and we love it!
We then headed to Great Wolf Lodge in Charlotte for a little trip. You can read more about that here.
In February, Camden and Ella turned 4!
Judd worked on more house projects. This was a laundry room when we moved in. We moved that upstairs and turned this into a mudroom.
We spent a lot of time outside! 
In March, Camden and Ella started t-ball.
We spent even more time outside. Spring in Charleston is a dream!
Easter celebrations in April were fun!
Judd’s dad came to spend a week with us.

The pool opened in April too so we were there almost every day!
May brought the best of weather so we spent more time exploring downtown Charleston, playing in the backyard, and we took a lot of bike rides.
Camden and Ella finished preschool!
Judd and I took a little weekend trip to Hilton Head Island to celebrate 9 years of marriage. It was a blast and made us realize how important it is to do stuff just the two of us when we can.
We celebrated my birthday and Judd’s with a trip to NYC and Philadelphia. It was a great trip!
We spent the 4thof July and the following two weeks in Ohio visiting family. We had not been to Ohio since before the pandemic so it was wonderful to see our people! 
July and August are HOT in Charleston so we spent our days by the pool and beach.
Paw Patrol the Movie came out so we of course had to go see that…it was Camden and Ella’s first movie in the theatre.
Camden and Ella started pre-k in September. They are still absolutely loving it and we couldn’t ask for a better school or teachers!
This was their first time in school five days a week (half days) so Judd and I have enjoyed quite a few day dates.
Ella started ballet back up and Camden started karate. They both also take an art class and are in soccer.
We had family photos done.
October is my favorite month in Charleston so we spent most of the month outside!
Camden and Ella had their first school field trip! Judd and I both were able to attend.
We surprised the kiddos with a trip to Orlando/Disney World. It was the best trip we’ve ever had with the kids!
Came home to more Disney excitement! We saw Disney on Ice.
We rented a boat with my parents. This has turned into an annual thing and we love it.
Ella was a fairy and Camden was an astronaut for Halloween. Their costumes could not have been any cuter!
November and December were spent enjoying all the Christmas festivities! I LOVE where we live and the area goes all out for Christmas. This year was purely magical with the kids.
We finished off the year spending NYE on the beach with 80-degree weather! Woohoo!
