I loved reading as a child and my children share the same passion! We recently introduced Camden and Ella to which was one of my most favorites growing up, and it’s been so fun! I read their books so many times as a child that I have several still memorized at 32 years old! My husband and I were thrilled to see they still had out the original books that we owned as kids but even more that we never read as children.
The series we first introduced them to was from the Living Lights Series from . All of the books in this series are faith based and convey every day lessons about patience, honesty, kindness, etc. So not only are my children entertained by The Berenstain Bears, the series continues to support my goal of raising good humans! 🙂 There is never a bad time to introduce these but I’m glad we introduced them now as school is almost over and summer break is starting!

The Berenstain Bears is such a classic series. I think they’ve been a part of almost everyone’s childhood.
My kids had a wide assortment of books to read growing up. Setting the stage in this manner worked- as teenagers, they still love to read.
I read a few of these as a child. My son read a few as well. I wish he had been as excited as them as he was his sports magazines. LOL Thanks for sharing!

These remind me of the books ‘Biff and Kipper’ from my early school years. Such a fun way to get kids into reading.
