Goodbye Hectic 2019, Hello Healthy 2020

We’re not ones to normally make resolutions but after a really stressful 2019, we decided to have one resolution…be healthy physically and mentally.

Physical well-being is obvious, take better care of ourselves with food, sleep, and exercise. The kids already do great with this but Judd and I struggle. We work a lot, we focus on the kids, and we don’t take time to focus on our own health. Healthy meals are going to be a must in 2020!

Mentally…we need to take on less and have more time for relaxing and spending time with one another. Traveling was starting to feel like work and wasn’t as fun, we have fewer booked for 2020. This also means we need more help…Camden and Ella will be going to a mom’s day out program once a week so I can get work done around the house and I’m hiring a virtual assistant.  This also means not focusing so much time on meal planning and things around the house…

Something I found that will help us with our physical and mental health and our resolution is Factor!
